Fundació Cecot Persona i Treball (FCPiT). Spain, Leader. FCPiT was founded in 2010 with the mission of promoting the employability and the Culture of Corporate Social Responsibility. According to their mission , one of the priorities of the Fundació Cecot Persona i Treball is to promote the employability of those who work or are willing to work, throughouth training and / or professional guidance aimed at improving its ability to be favourably positioned with respect to labour market and properly manage the factors that allow the access to it. The main objectives of FCPiT, among others, are:
Promote job placement and participation in processes of restructuring and layoffs templates.
Promote social and vocational integration of groups at risk of social exclusion.
To increase the ratio of employability of groups at risk of exclusion
Promote activities related to Corporate Social Responsibility.

FCPiT wants to give an answer to the needs of business in terms of management of Human Resources, relocation, outplacement, management of diversity and promotion of equal opportunities. Being the reference entity of a new way to understand business taking into account economy, environment and social aspect in order to achieve a most sustainable and just society.
Humanitae Empleo e Innovación SL. (HEI), Spain. Coordinator. Humanitae Empleo e Innovación SL (Hei) was founded in 2006 in Spain. It is a counsultancy group made up of five brands: HEI Formación aimed at Learning, HEI Empleo aimed at outplacing employees from one sectorto another, HEI PRL aimed at Workplace Accident Prevention, Creainnova Consultores SL aimed at R&D&innovation projects and Aeroformacion aimed at learning and training in the air sector.
Agenzia per lo Sviluppo Empolese Valdelsa (ASEV), Italy. Partner. ASEV was founded in 2002 by 11 municipalities, different associations and trade unions. Its mission includes organization and management of vocational training courses for many different target-groups: young school drop-outs, young and adult unemployed people, public officers and employees, job-seekers. ASEV also manages career guidance services in the local PES and different activities related to the economic development of the area. ASEVs staff is composed by 25 persons working in different company’s areas: multicultural activities and language courses for foreigners and immigrants training courses for public officers and employees vocational training courses for young and adult job-seekers training courses for local companies career guidance activities for PES ASEV has well-established partnerships with local Municipalities, local High schools, University Departments of Florence and Siena University Campus, the most important Trade Unions and economic associations, many local companies and enterprises, granting Equal Opportunities and multicultural approach. Additionally, ASEV manages the well-known Pottery School of Montelupo Fiorentino where tradition combines with modern activities and methodologies. More than 7.000 people are estimated to have attended our activities over the last 8 years improving their professional competences and employability.

Their activities consist of training, management consulting, quality assurance, evaluation and development of ICT solutions for both private and public sector. Clients of IDEC are both SMEs and the bigger Greek companies of a wide variety of sectors. IDEC co-operates with more than 170 institutes all through Europe and with about 300 experts on specific fields.
Sociedade Portuguesa de Inovação (SPI), Portugal. Partner.SPI is an international management consultancy and training company founded in 1997 as an active centre of national and international networks connected to Research and Development and the business innovation sector. Through its training and consulting activities SPI has acquired wide experience in the area of entrepreneurship. SPI has developed the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor reports for Portugal and Angola, a study on the Impact of the e-Economy on Entrepreneurship and Start-up Development in the ICT Sector; among others. Regarding services to private companies and training initiatives, SPI has developed a number of projects such as a Business Plan to commercialize Innovative Products in the mould sector, the Promotion of the Entrepreneurial Culture in Adult Education (PECAE, Socrates Grundtvig – coordinated by SPI); and a Self-Entrepreneurship Training Course.”
