Project partners met in Pireus (Greece) in order to introduce the developed materials for boosting the resilient capacity of unemployed people, and to coordinate next project actions.
The third international REINICIAL Project meeting was hold in Pireus (Greece) on 20th and 21st of novembre 2014
In the meeting in Greece, the partners presented the adapted version of one of the parts of the REINICIAL methodological proposal, which contains two aspects: on the one hand, the pathway to follow in supporting unemployed people older than 45 years old; and, on the other hand, boosting the resilient capacity of those people, who have seen their life affected by the lost of their job.
Reinforcing the resilient capacity – or reinforcing the skills needed to recover from adverse situations – is considered an essential aspect in order to successfully conclude a job searching process.
Another point in the agenda of the third transnational meeting in Pireus has been the transference of other methodological block, which focuses in “New tools for job searching” for seniors. Its content include Personal Branding and network positioning tools, blogging, or the video CV. These advanced tools are not well known in some cases by the older professionals looking for a job.
Finally, the consortium has worked on planning next steps in the project, which include finalizing the transference, adaptation and translation of the original methodology; the design of training for trainers materials – targeted to people who will implement the training modules- ; and developing the pilot tests of the training modules in all participant countries.
